When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product (or products) within the timeframe specified below.

Items may sometimes be shipped separately, but in this case you will not be required to pay any additional delivery charges. If you have ordered a product that will be out of stock for more than a week, it will be delivered to you by the method you have chosen after the product is in stock. If no one is at the address when the courier calls, a "Not in place" card will be left with instructions on how to make the second delivery at no additional charge. However, additional charges may apply on the third delivery attempt.
As stated in the Distance Sales Agreement: “7.13 The maximum number of products that the Seller can purchase with this Agreement is three (3) products. Except for the Seller and all other sellers authorized by the Seller, no institution, organization or person has the right to sell any product belonging to the Seller. No product purchased by the buyer through this website can be sold to third parties in any way whatsoever, and cannot be offered for sale by any method. Products purchased cannot be used for promotional or other commercial purposes, including but not limited to contests and sweepstakes. In the event that this provision is violated by the Buyer, the Buyer accepts, declares and undertakes to pay to the Seller a price equal to two (2) times the price of the product purchased from the Seller and sold to third parties, as a penal clause. The fact that the penal clause has been paid shall not prejudice the Seller's right to demand compensation for the damages incurred due to the breach of the Contract.
